New Belt EDC knife – Stabilized Maple – Blue 01

The knife is handmade out of high carbon steel 1.2379 (D2)
The knife was tempered after forging to ensure a homogeneous steel structure. Then it was heat-treated and reached a hardness of 60HRC. After that, it was tempered a second time to reach a final measurement of 57-59HRC.
The handle is made of blue colored stabilized American maple
Copper rivets are made of copper pipes with a diameter of 6 mm.
Leather sheath
Leather sheath is standard for right-handers, if you want to make it specifically for the left hand, please let us know in the order notes at checkout.
The leather sheath is entirely my design and handmade by me.
It’s made of 3.5 mm calfskin blank.
Stitching was also hand-made using a two-needle technique. Тhe making of each sheath ends with a beautiful cross-stitch through the skin from the outer side.
The neck strap is also made of calfskin with 3x2mm thickness.
