Custom Unique Hand-Forged Knife

This knife is hand-forged out of 1066 (65G) steel.
The handle is made of dark walnut wood and copper pins- 4mm. in diameter. The handle is one whole piece of wood, the knife itself is nested in a hand-carved canal.
The knife was tempered after forging. Then it was heat-treated and reached a hardness of 60HRC. After that, it was secondary tempered to ensure a homogeneous steel structure and reached a final measurement of 55…57 HRC.
For the leather sheath was used bull leather, not cow because this way we ensure stretch marks free beautiful product. Its thickness is 3.5 mm. Stitching was also made by hand using a two-needle technique to create this beautiful cross-stitch.140
